What is Healthy Tart?

The Healthy Tart approach to life takes you step by step back to an Eden-like existence that also factors in and works with the real world where you work and play. The Healthy Tart focuses on using natural and organic foods to promote healing and to nourish the body for a better and healthy life. The main components to Healthy Tart are:
